Cambria's Stepladder Creamery is heaven on earth, ya'll. Fresh raw honey, plump avocados, avocado-finished heritage pork, passion fruit, bountiful citrus, big wheels of goat cheese, mischievous goats AND... (this Spring) BABY GOATS!
Bottle feeding these bundles of fur has been one of the highlights of my Spring, and probably my life. Thank you 101 Wine Tours and Jack Rudolph for connecting me with this unbelievable ranch--a place I have written about in the past, but had never experienced hands-on. Can't wait to get back to the farm to investigate their heritage pork program further. You know a juicy feature will be coming down the pike shortly!
